> 3 dayYou cant judge how the thermal paste is completely off of usage because that also depends on the CPU itself and the cooler but as far as comparison to the old thermal paste I used which was the pre applied one that comes with the AMD stock cooler goes, it decreased the temperature of the CPU by a small bit which is good.
