> 3 dayRecently my 7 yr old intel i5 Desktop starts making big noise as the cooling fan is running like crazy. i checked the CPU core temperatures and some cores reach as high as 100 deg C !! I bought and applied the MX4 thermal paste, it never reaches above 55 deg C. The fan is always quiet and the computer runs very smoothly. Fabulous result!
