Greater than one weekI ordered this thermal paste because my MSI laptop was having some overheating issues. Constantly climbed up to 90-100°C temps whenever running a game. So I decided to take it apart and put in some new thermal paste. Ever since I did that, my temps never surpass 75°C, no matter how intensive the game.
