Greater than one weekWhile I sometimes play games, I bought this laptop primarily for work. I wanted to use Photoshop and have a lot of programs running at the same time, and wanted a powerful enough computer to handle it because past laptops have frozen up or gotten glitchy graphics doing that.

> 3 dayWhere do i even start? Well first, i absolutely love how compact this laptop is. Its a 14 inch laptop which quite rare of a laptop. Gaming performance is excellent too and the build quality is astonishing. The only problem with this is how loud the laptop gets, i would turn the settings down to silent so that nobody can hear the noise at all while doing school work or attending college classes

> 3 dayNeed to be mindful about the heat. Bottom part of my screen melted a little bit due to heat. Another fan right in the middle would help the temperature in my opinion. Other than that this machine is really fast.

Greater than one weekAfter a month and a half of use as flight simulator pc, a half dozen keys (plus the space bar) went dead. Multiple attempts to fix by restarts did not fix the problem. Finally unplugging, letting sit for a bit and restart did fix it, but I returned it-seemed risky to hold onto. Not happy about being charged an $80 restocking fee

> 3 dayIve been searching for a gaming laptop that didnt suck a** in battery for the longest time and now I finally found it. The new Ryzen Chip in this laptop uses very little power so when you want to be portable you can still get six to eight hours of battery life throughout a work day. However, the thermal performance is worrying so I had to disable the turbo boost in the system registry. theres a YouTube video on how to do that and it drops the CPU temperature by 20° C!!
