Greater than one weekAs you can see in the picture I have included, the end that goes into the charging brick does not fully go in. Moving it around will disconnect your laptop from charging. I have had this laptop for 7 months and dont get me wrong I love the laptop is just the charging brick. Either I have gotten a faulty charging brick or Asus needs to recheck there items.

> 3 dayPerfect gaming laptop, it runs all games perfectly. However, there is an issue in the touchpad some times it stuck and doesn’t work at all, you gonna use mouse for a short time and then it will works just fine.

> 3 daySuper fast machine. Does not have a webcam, but that is actually perfect for my use. More USB ports would be ideal. Fans can be very noisy, and even the keyboard can start to get hot when it gets really going. I am using a KLIM cooling stand, which helps a lot.

> 3 dayFast this thing is fast. Destiny 2 has never looked so good. The best thing is that it doesnt get hot from average use. You can tell this is a quality product by the materials used to build it. Even the box was a great design.

> 3 dayBig dissapointment since I like Asus gaming laptops, but after jumping through hoops of Asus Customer Support and constantly having to remind them what the issue was, and that the device serial number doesnt register on their support site? This is the worst laptop and customer support I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY at the moment, the laptop power button and lights work but the system and screen does not turn on. I have tested the computer on a second monitor and have tried every single guide available for Asus Laptop with black screen and none of them work. I contacted Asus Customer Support via calls and for 30 mins straight, all they could confirm was that my serial number was invalid and told me to wait for Customer Support emails for assistance. This morning, I woke up to the first Customer Support email asking me why I didnt just register the serial number for customer support assistance, to which I have to explain why that isnt possible AGAIN. The second email I got was from another Customer Support individual who says that he has read all of my information (finally) and concluded that my serial number is in fact VALID then immediately concluded that my problem is resolved. News flash, I am still $2000 poorer and my gaming laptop is still broken and they have done absolutely nothing to address this issue, despite me asking for a replacement or simply just provide guides to help me fix the laptop. If I have read everything correctly, the manufacture is responsible if the product is faulty and the insurance I purchased with the laptop only applies if the laptop itself is damaged by outside elements like spillage and they cant even get that sorted out. You are risking wasting your money, time and mental well being by buying this glorified rainbow paperweight and believe that customer support will help you out. They wont and will only make your day worse.

Greater than one weekThis is a really good laptop. Every game that I have thrown at it runs smoothly. Call of Duty runs great. Forza Horizon 5 runs great. GTA runs great. Battery life is what should be expected of powerful gaming laptop like this. When unplugged youll get a couple hrs if running it on the highest settings. If you optimize it and put it on silent youll get more out of it if you want to run light tasks like browsing the web or using other light tasks. The touchpad has its issues. There is a delay in the movement of the cursor and at times the touchpad just stops working. Both are frustrating especially in situations where I dont have my mouse. Id expect issues like this to not happen on a $2000 computer. Other than the touchpad this computer is solid choice. Definitely loving it.

Greater than one weekLess than 6 months of buying the laptop the trackpad stopped working, after sending the laptop for repair the display started showing white spots so sending it again for service. As the return window has closed I cannot return/replace the laptop so ended up being forced to buy a warranty extension as I wanted to ensure that I do not want to pay for a new laptops repairs out of pocket. I would not recommend buying this laptop.
