> 24 hourI added the 16 gb ram upgrade to this the day it arrived...easy to do just 5 minutes. The laptop is fast and the screen is bright. The keyboard is also very good....cant beat this laptop but definitely add the ram upgrade it makes a huge difference in performance.

> 24 hourLaptop was slow and wireless NIC throttles speeds. Was clocking at 1/20th of my internet speeds. This is unacceptable. Ive heard of others replacing the NIC. Should not need to. Would not even work as a spare laptop. Returned.

> 24 hourI gave this laptop to my son for his birthday, I really expected better performance and batter image quality, when I open several files the image freezes, it doesnt let me enjoy my favorite games as I expected, I hope they have better performance on future computers. this one disappointed me best regards.

Amazon US sold product warranty only cover for US region, thus once sold outside of US, the Asus warranty automatically become 1 month and not 1 year as stated. International warranty not applicable if product not registered in US and only apply to US consumers travel abroad while using the product. 1 star for such warranty services. Buy at your own risk.
