I love the back lit keyboard, you can turn it off and on. I got 4gb ram, and it is very fast. Very happy with it. Also windows 11 is a nice upgrade. Fast delivery, awesome

This is a good laptop. My issue is I am knew to the ASUS family, my other laptops have been HPs and there are a few things that I am not used to.

This laptop is not a big deal ,it has very little battery life, the screen quality is mediocre, I am really disappointed : there are many better options out there.

Super good value for money! My main concern was disabling Windows S Mode without losing speed or quality, and so far (about 3 months in) it’s been running perfectly.

This laptop is alright. Out of the box, it was very slow. After using it for a while, it did start start go faster.

Though I do not see how this is touch screen and I definitely dont think this would be the best for gaming at all.

I bought this to replace my 2012 HP that had started to lag. As soon as I booted this laptop up, it seemed a bit slow. I gave it a few days and it only got worse. I contacted ASUS customer service prior to the first 30 days ending and they responded stating I needed to contact a dif department. I am now 2 months since my purchase date and have 0 hope of getting any sort of refund or proper support from Asus. I purchased directly from Asus online and their customer service hours make it impossible for anyone who works full time to contact them.

Great laptop, do your research to know what you are getting with any electronics this was a good buy.
