> 3 dayCame a little late, but amazon took care of it. Got it unpacked and booted up 1st thing i noticed was the cpu was only clocked @ 2.3ghz its advertised as a 4ghz cpu which is only jus over half as advertised!! extremely mad!!! And before anyone thinks, well hey jus OC it. Except the cpu chipset doesnt work with overclocking software.... so now stuck between a rock and a hard place, as i need the laptop for my shop.

> 3 dayI own the Asus Rog, love it as far as my own personal computer. I purchased this for my work computer and am amazed by the quality, durability, and specs of this system. Granted it came with 8GB RAM, 4GB fixed, and 4GB stick. Easy fix and installation, I purchased a G.Skill 16GB 2400MHz DDR4 SO-DIMM Laptop Memory Module (CL16) 1.20V PC4-19200 Ripjaws DDR4 Series, installed it, and now have 20GB RAM. Highly recommend this if youre looking for a great budget computer or lite gaming system, Its not a Rog, so dont expect to be able to play high-end games.

> 3 dayWorking as expected, speed is OK and have not had any problems. I only use it for basic computing, word processing and internet surfing; I am not a gamer. I did not get the touchscreen version.

> 3 dayReceived the laptop to find that every component was incorrect. It had 4gb of ram instead of 8, the weakest intel cpu I have ever seen instead of the AMD Quad Core R7-3700U, 57 gb of storage instead of 512, and integrated intel gpu instead of the AMD Radeon Vega 10. I will change my rating if the seller fixes this mistake.

> 3 dayI ordered and received this laptop in late February and have found decent performance through using it for Uni assignments. However, my device came with a semi-functioning H-key. Sometimes tapping it prints an H, sometimes nothing, requiring multiple attempts (keystrokes) to type the letter H. I am putting up with it just for now but I am already seeking a different PC. Just remember, you get what you paid for and although I have found decent performance in small time tasks like MSOffice other areas are not so good.

> 3 dayThis has been a really great laptop, The print reader identifies about 50% of the time, which can be annoying. My major complaint is about the speakers. They lasted less than three months before cutting in and out and finally ceasing to function. I tried reaching out to the seller, but never received a response. The speakers on my old Dell laptop lasted a couple of years before failing. I would have expected more than 3 months from Asus. This is the second Asus laptop I have owned. My old one worked well until the hinges failed. Asus came well recommended, however now I would not recommend this brand to any one.
