> 3 dayI take between 15-20 pills a day, for various health conditions. This pill organizer helps me sort and keep track of all of them easily. The large clear organizer has dividers built in, one for each day of the week. Seven different colored and labeled (easily identifiable without contacts in) fit perfectly in the slots. These daily containers are compromised of three individual compartments (morn, noon, evening) and are perfect for on the go. The lids fit snugly (never had them open in my purse) and when I spilled water in my bag, the pills were fine. For reference, each partition can hold at least four advil lidgel sized pills. My morning routine consists of 9 various sized pills and they fit just fine. Ive had this set for about three months now and traveled many times with it. There are no cracks in the clear holder and it has never spilled, nor have the individual containers inside. If this should ever break (unlikely) or I lose it (much more likely), Id definitely purchase again.

Greater than one weekMaybe I am just picky, as I didnt see many others reference this. While filling this container for the first time, I thought the day of week labels were basically upside down, and backwards. I came back to look at pics, and apparently this is how they are all made. Let me explain... if you are looking at the days on the individual containers, when packed into the larger containers, you will be looking at the back of the individual containers, that will be upside down. This also means, that when you are filling the containers, you are not seeing the day of the week, because it is on the back (which I consider to be the hinged side, not the open side when open). Maybe a small pet peeve. But may matter to those that have medications that are taken weekly, or some schedule other than daily.
