> 3 dayOur baby has a reflux problem (something shes been struggling with since 3 weeks of age). Laying her down after feeds or at any point causes her to spit up all that she has drunk. I was looking for some tips online and read on mommy blogs that this bouncer really helps with GERD babies. We were a bit hesitant to order it because it was so expensive, but then I saw it on Amazon for a better price and also they were offering $20 off for every $100 you spend on Baby Bjorn items. We took the plunge and ordered it, and could not be happier! There is no assembly required, you pull a lever on the back and lift up the top part and rises up. Its super easy to change the settings (Sleep, Rest and Play, as well as Flat). It folds nice and flat which makes it very convenient to be carried around. We always take this with us when we are visiting friends, its so light and easy to carry. The wooden toy is pretty cool too- a little on the expensive side but gives baby something to occupy themselves with whilst you do your work. The bouncer looks very nice wherever it goes because it isnt bulky or brightly colored like most baby items, which is a big plus for us! We always get compliments on how it looks!

> 3 dayThis has ultimately been a good buy for us, although I feel annoyed every time I think about how much it cost. We started using this when our baby was 10 weeks old and we moved overseas. We wanted something lightweight, portable, and easy to stow. This meets all those requirements. I love that I can pick it up and put it in the kitchen or the bedroom or wherever I am. Our baby never really enjoyed the lower seat settings, so we only use it in the fully-upright position. She tolerates it for up to 20 minutes or so, max, but thats long enough to fold some laundry or empty the dishwasher. I also love the design and colors; I dont mind it sitting out in our living room. In the beginning, that was important when I still cared about whether my house looked like a daycare, but now that my baby is nearly six months and crawling everywhere, the whole living room is plastered in play mats and toys. Also, the toy rack is nice (although another annoying added expense). It was the first item my baby reached for, and I believe it was what taught her to use her hands. She was batting at the toy rack a full month before she started reaching for toys on the floor. Finally, I love that this thing is easy to clean. Weve had a couple of blowout diapers while she was sitting in this, and it was so easy to just snap off the cover and throw it in the wash. WAY easier than a baby swing, with all the connectors and parts to disassemble. Speaking of swings, we got this in place of a swing, but I sort of regret that. Her nana bought a swing to have at her house, and the baby LOVES that thing, while she only tolerates the chair. This was a useful buy, but the cost still frustrates me (which is why I only give it 4 stars). If I turn on the fireplace and put baby in her chair in front of the fire, she will watch that thing for ages while sitting in the chair. Also *cough cough* baby einstein works well on those days when youre really desperate for 15 minutes. In other words, this thing keeps baby safe and contained when you need them to be, but its not like baby LOVES the chair or anything.

Greater than one weekJust get this for your baby! It’s so comfortable for baby and secure. We got the cotton one and it breathes just fine in hot weather. It’s so soft and comfy—seriously—and baby can easily bounce in with just the kick of a leg. Our baby is just a month old and already loves being upright and able to see us in this chair. It is so easy to use (we just pop baby in and no need to buckle because it’s already buckled beforehand). We have tried other loungers and they’re just not as comfy for baby. To save on cost, we bought an unboxed “like new” one. Look for those! As soon as you get it, the cover slips right off to be washed and slips right back on with ease. Just get this. And if you don’t like it, you can always return it thanks to Amazon’s awesome policy.

> 3 dayMy 4 week old baby seems to like sitting in this seat. I will update this once he gets a little older and takes greater advantage of the bouncing feature. For now, I will say that I like how lightweight it is and that you can wash the fabric portion of the seat. I also bought the googly eye toy that fastens onto this, but my baby doesnt seem very interested yet, so I took it off. Side note: You have to remove the toy every time the baby goes in and out of the seat, so its a little bit of a pain. All in all though, the seat is a nice purchase. Update: my baby loved this seat up until he was around 5 months old when he grew out of it. He loved bouncing himself and simply reclining. He seemed very comfortable in it and seemed to have fewer issues spitting up after bottles if I put him in this. Also, this seat cover held up well in the wash. I highly recommend this for parents of small babies.

> 3 dayMy mom got this for us when baby was about 3 weeks old because we needed something light weight that was easy to move around our house for baby to sit in. It quickly became his favorite baby item. He loves the natural bounce feature way more than his swing or vibrating chair. What I Love about it, is that it folds flat and is highly portable. Also, even when baby exceeds the recommended weights for each position in the chair/bouncer (20lbs bouncer/29lbs chair) the instructions indicate that the product is still safe to use, just that the bouncing feature doesn’t work as well, so it’s a really great value if you have a larger baby like we do. The pics are at 1 month, 2 months and 3 months so you can really see how well it fits even at multiple sizes. I wish we had this piece of baby gear from day 1. I highly recommend it. Get it for yourself or as a gift for someone who is expecting. The prices on amazon are the best I’ve seen.

> 3 dayExactly what I was looking for. Pull out of the box, lift, insert baby, done. No assembly, no blinking lights or motors, just great design. Folds up nicely for easy travel to grandparents houses. Our daughter loves to look around in this and falls asleep in it. I love that it grows with her and she can use it into her toddler years as a lounging seat. Although its pricier than most infant seats, if you are looking for a solid design without having to compromise your aesthetic, I would definitely recommend. It would be great if you could purchase additional covers separately, as they are removable. UPDATE: Once our little one could sit up unassisted, we didnt really use this any more. I found that if we put her in it, she was struggling to sit up straight. Im going to hold onto it and see if once she understands the concept of lounging if shell go back in it (without the front harness of course). The nice thing is that this easily folds up and can go into a closet until then. So from birth until about month 8 this chair really was invaluable.

> 3 dayPros: Minimalist design. Quality materials, just a metal frame and a cotton seat. No assembly required. Folds flat for easy storage. Theres no obtrusive plastic bits to trip on, break or contribute to clutter. Easy to bounce with hands or feet. Baby can be soothed to sleep or take interest in their surroundings. The fabric seat is easy to take off and replace for washing. Cons: Its expensive. I had to wait for it to go on sale, which wasnt my preferred color. The replacement seats are also expensive, also bought sale. The seats have a very long safety label which kept falling out and creating a slip hazard on our hardwood floors, no matter how much I tried to tuck it back in securely. I cut it off after almost slipping on it while holding the baby.

> 3 dayWe absolutely love this chair. Our 4 month old daughter fits comfortably in it and she loves to bounce in it (and there is PLENTY of room to grow). My only disappointment is that we didnt make this purchase earlier! We mostly use the play angle of the seat, but it would have been amazing to allow her to sleep in when she was a newborn. We have purchased all kinds of seats trying to find one that our daughter liked, including the mamaRoo, and she prefers this over everything. And the added bonus is how nice it looks in our home (it fits well with our home decor vs. other products that have the baby look - not that there is anything wrong with that!). Like I said, we purchased at least 5 other different bouncers/seats for our baby and this is the one she loves. I put off purchasing this one for so long because of the price, but in the end I should have just started with this one! If price is your only hesitation, stop hesitating and buy this! Your baby will love it and it will look great in your home.

> 3 dayIf we could give this product ten stars we would. We had our first child in August and after the first month our pediatrician had us go to urgent care because “it isn’t normal” for baby to cry for six hours straight every day. Of course the urgent care doctor merely sympathized with us and told us to strap in for the next 3, possibly 6 months. Cue a casual menty B (mental breakdown) for mom. Our daughter hated the side to side swing another parent recommended, but liked when dad did squats while holding her - however dad said this was not a long term solution. Mom realized baby liked an up down motion - enter the Baby Bjorn Bouncer. Baby no longer fusses for hours every day - mom and dad now have some semblance of their mental health back. Our only wish is that it could be motorized, but on the other hand our calves are getting real swole.

> 3 dayFor how much it costs I was expecting more. It’s difficult to adjust the height. My baby likes it but I’m very underwhelmed with it. Can most definitely get a cheaper one that is better.
