I was gifted this laptop bag for Christmas, and it is really nicely made. I got the pink color and it is very roomy, you can fit a lot in there. Fast forward a little less than a month later and I noticed that one of the clips that attaches the strap to the bag has broken. I reached out to the company to let them know and see if I could order a replacement strap. After a couple steps like getting the order number, sending a couple of photos.... they replaced my bag. Their customer service is awesome, I highly recommend! The bag is really nice and I feel like its very well made. Only of the clips was broken so I think it was just a faulty clip. Otherwise the metal pieces are a pretty rose gold color and feel sturdy.

I will be returning it. Reminds me of a old diaper bag .

After 15 years,, I needed to replace my work briefcase. I travel between, home, office and schools with lots of materials. I also have steps to manage at all my different settings. I needed something durable, roomy and light weight. I think I found the right one!

I wanted to like this bag. But it doesnt have any structure and the material seems really flimsy. It is not as clean looking as pictured.The compartments are great, and it has a lot of room, but the bag looks more like a sack. Would not recommend for travel or work. However it would make a great diaper bag.

I love this bag! Number 1 its pink (lol). Also, it has many compartments for you to store things in. the space where you put the computer also is protected with a foam like material on the bottom to prevent damage. Whenever school opens back I will be taking tis into class replacing my bookbag.

I bought this to use as a school bag for college. I needed something that would fit my notebooks, textbooks, and laptop, and my lunch. This filled the bill and still had room to spare. I also like the multiple compartments and dividers to help keep things organized. If you need a crossbody bag that can accommodate a bunch of stuff and your laptop, and look pretty dandy, for a reasonable price this is a good choice.

Perfect size for my 17.3 inch laptop. Bag is sturdy and stylish as well. Lots of room and pockets to hold my mouse, power cord and any thing else I need. Also a pocket with plenty of room to hold files and papers. Love this bag and recommend it highly.

I needed a bag to carry my work computer, mouse, keyboard, cords and pads back and forth. This bag not only held all that but it enabled me to get rid of my work bag that held my pens, notepads snacks ect. Its so soft that it doesnt seem sturdy at all but it held all my items without a poke. It has a zippered section to make the bag even bigger as well. The storage capacity is amazing! Not only that but I got many compliments cause it is super cute!

I had been searching for a bag in which my 17.3 laptop could ride protected, that could also serve as a travel bag, something harder to find than you might think. I specifically bought it to take the laptop to be repaired and bought it for that purpose, as well as to have a good travel bag that could safely carry my smaller laptop along with the items I usually carry in my handbag. This beautiful bag fills all bills. Its very attractively styled in a diamond-quilted water-resistant fabric, and has two large compartments, one that accommodates a large 17.3 or 15.6 laptop, and another for smaller laptops or tablets, and has another dozen compartments of varying sizes for phones, pens, cosmetics, documents, whatever- 14 compartments in all. It comes with a wide, padded shoulder strap in addition to carry handles. It is a wonderful bag for the price and will become your stand up bag very quickly. Highly recommend.
