22-12-2024Its still a very stylish headphone that gets notice. The ANC quality is decent and works, I wish the ANC can get disabled. The connectivity is very seamless and easy since its Apples own product line. For headphones this price range the sound quality has to be up there with the over $200+ headphones and the Studio line continues to disappoint in sound quality. Even with the W1 chip which gives it better wireless reproduction the sound is very muddy and sound stage is very shallow. Clarity is another problem, it is not a good headphone for listening to wide range of vocals. Seems it is only calibrated for rap and hip hop music with spoken words than music sang with higher pitch. Terrible to listen to female voices, make them seem very far away.. Bass quality is good and seems this is what the headphone is setup for but its not worth it. Bass is the easiest feature any headphone maker can do but midrange is the hardest to reproduce and this headphone lacks midrange.
