Not sure how the usb charger is supposed to work. No instructions.

I like the suitcase handle attachment. It’s very well made and has multiple compartments. It’s comfortable to back pack even when full. It stayed clean and nice looking after being shoved under airplane seats.

The backpack is cute in pink (color I bought) everything is great. Just the back side pocket kept slipping down BUT that was because I put a key holder that had a mini pouch and sanitizer so the weight everytime i would move it will slip down so if I didn’t had anything holding on there most likely would not slip. Interior wise: The battery pouch inside the backpack is kinda small for my hand. I have average hands so reaching inside for anything I put in there is hard to pull out.. wish it had more zippers inside like they made for a portable battery.. those I consider more like hidden pouch for anything. Exterior wise: Same I wished it had another slip in pouch just to put away passports easily like grab n go

This is an awesome backpack to use as a carry on the plane. Will be using it when traveling through New England. It holds my purse plus other items on the plane then I will keep it locked in the car while walking around.

I love this roomy backpack

I love the color of this bag, the hidden pockets and the fact that you can charge your items without taking them out of the bag. I feel like I could use 1 more pocket but what I have done was just place all my pens and scissors (I use it to mainly carry my nursing essentials) in a pouch and just throw the whole thing inside. I use the inside side pocket for lotions, large pocket for the laptop, and the one in front for my chargers. Outside side pockets I use for water bottles and if I am in a place I trust the wallet goes in the outside pocket. If was in the airport or traveling I wouldnt put anything of value in this area. I love the way the bag opens and closes but find it hard to close sometime because it will open up if you dont keep your hand on it while zipping. Their is definitely enough room to 2-3 outfits inside if you are taking a quick trip. The straps are comfortable and you can easily attach to your rolling luggage. I plan to buy 2 more for my kids to use for school.
