I think the product is great -- elevates my laptop and keeps it stabilized. However, it took quite a bit of force to assembly the product. When everything was put together, I knew I wouldnt be able to take anything apart -- it would take a lot of force. Doesnt seem like the cut outs for the attachments were made too well. Overall, this is a great product if you plan on keeping it only at one place. I was planning on taking it around with me to coffee shops and libraries when I study but it will be too difficult to do so.

When the box arrived it was missing the center piece that connects to two arms. It took me a moment to realize this because it still works without it. I would prefer to have it because I wouldnt have to size my laptop with the arms whenever I put it back on. The grips on the base make it not slide around when my laptop is on it, so at least I feel its secure when in use. The product is made of quality materials and was packaged well, yet wasnt secured with tape or anything. This may be why the third piece went missing.

I love how easily this went together and how it provides ventilation at the same time as being ergonomically correct. It doesn’t shake or bounce and gives me room to use a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse instead of the keyboard and trackpad on the laptop.
