Was able to clean it and remove the broken off piece so I could use it, but sure did not say I was feting something used.

I didn’t get the opportunity to use it because the piece wouldn’t fit my shampooer, however it did arrive brand new and properly sealed.

This is a great little tool that we use often. For the 1st time the part that attaches to the cleaner handle is now a clear plastic. It used to be black plastic which was much sturdier than this new clear plastic. I expect these to break with use much quicker. I’ll have to wait and see. As for the seller’s rating, the item came very quickly. No complaints there.

Fit perfectly

Saved a ton of money by purchasing this for a replacement on my Bissell spot clean pro heat pet. It has worked perfectly. The end went right on and was suctioning and spraying like new.
