I had high hopes for this machine but the upholstery function is clumsy, you have to really slam the attachment in or it doesn’t work. The suction is pretty weak. I also think that the carpet cleaning aspect is good but it takes many days to dry the rug and smells foggy or musty for a week. The “dry in 30 minutes” claim is bogus.

The suction power is very low, can not pick up too many dirt on the carpet. The steam function is fancy, but not worth the price.

I got this mainly to steam clean some large area rugs that I have. I was thinking about having them professionally cleaned, but now I can do it myself. This doesnt work on silk or delicate rugs, and the instruction manual says to check the manufacturers tag and testing for colorfastness before cleaning. What I found disappointing was that the hose and tool dont use steam, because I would also have liked to steam clean my couch and upholstered chairs. I want sure whether or not I could also use it on my tile floors, but after researching that, it seems like a bad idea. I probably should have considered a multi-surface model, but I do like the Hydrosteam feature and that cleaner can be used.

They failed to mention in the description that the attachments do not use steam. Only the base. That was the main reason I spent the extra money on this. Only found this out in the instructions which are in the box. Very misleading. Will be returning.

It steam cleans. It pulls that dirt right out of the carpet. Especially hard working on those stains caused by spills or accidents from your pets. High powered. Bissell brand. The cannisters are easy to remove and fill. Easy to clean when youre done shampooing.

I love this carpet cleaner. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Easy everything! And it cleans like a dream. Best purchase ever!!

It’s heavy and fairly cumbersome to clean (I wasn’t able to get the front fully clean, even with the little tool they provide). I’ve only used it on one rug, and I plan to give it a few more chances. As far as first impressions go, I’m not impressed. My little green works just as well or better and was a FRACTION of the price. Obviously, the little green isn’t for big jobs, but neither is this… unless you want your arm to fall off. I’m not super fit but I’m not weak either and this thing is so heavy. I don’t currently see a way to remove the handle in order to return it. I might have to call customer service. Will update review with subsequent uses. Right now, 3 stars feels generous.

The carpet cleaner worked better than expected. A little pricey but great results. Highly recommend

I have been wanting a machine like this since the pandemic times! Seriously!, I will do another review to give it a another high mark rating. But…… there is some improvement that needs to happen also. Like bigger clean water tank and dirty water catch tank. And .. better accessories attachments ( a little more extended hose attachment for steep stairs) Thanks yaw
