> 3 dayFirst of all, I ordered the BP on Friday and received it on Monday, that is Great Service from Amazon! Pros: The backpack looks refined and well made from a strong water resistant vinyl and what appears to be Polyester They send you a free cable and an offer to get a free wallet, not bad customer service from the vendor. Cons: The pack has very few organizational storage (small pockets) The two front pockets are deep and only good for files or a note book (not small items) The backing is not terrible but hot against your body and not great either. The back straps could be better padded for comfort The worse of all was that I found it $31.00 cheaper and they wont price match so I may be forced to return it. Not matching the price leaves a bad taste in my mouth that I cant fathom... I work too hard for my $

> 3 dayI was looking for a professional laptop backpack and this is the only one I looked at that had everything I wanted. Not too bulky, trolley strap, safety pockets, padded laptop sleeve, semi-rigid design. I looked at 8 different packs. This is the one!

> 3 dayAlready getting compliments on my first trip. And hold everything I need as a carry-on. I only extend the bag for daily use with a lot of cables.

> 3 dayJust received this pack and used it for the first time. I had been looking for a travel/subway ready / work bag for some time. I have been fairly picky and couldnt find a bag that was professional looking and functional. But, trusting the prior reviews, I figured I would take a risk. I was generally very pleased when I got this back and its made commuting and work much easier. It has nice structure to it, appears durable and I imagine it will hold up well over the months/years. If i was to critique anything it would be the following: 1. The usb cord for the power pack connection inside could be shorter. Its a little bulky, but nothing you cant live with. 2. The straps are too long for most people and without some trimming or permanent adjustment, youll find they keep slipping and you may need to adjust occasionally. 3. The zippers on the main pouch jingle a little bit when they hit together as you walk. I think I will be finding a quick fix for this. It isnt much, but just enough noise that you may notice it. Otherwise, Im very pleased with this bag and excited to use it in the coming months. Well packaged and designed. Thanks!

> 3 dayWell made bag. Just didn’t suit my needs. I wanted pockets in certain places and couldn’t tell enough from the pictures shown. One of those things you just have to see it and try it to make a decision.

> 3 dayThis is one of most stylish anti-theft backpacks out there. It’s not the most practical or ergonomic though. Pros: -Its very stylish. The pleather is high quality and very attractive. -Has nice features: luggage strap, transit pass pocket on the shoulder strap, water bottle holder on the side, built-in charging plug. -the main compartment has a piece of fabric that lets you unzip it without letting your stuff fall out. -It has organizational pockets inside. Not the best, but decent. Cons: -there’s barely any padding in the laptop compartment. -It’s uncomfortable to wear. The center of gravity on this back is just weird because of how the straps are placed. The top of the straps don’t attach to the top of the back, but rather several inches below. This makes the top of the bag tilt away from the body. Compared to some other anti-theft backpacks, I find that this one causes more back pain per lb. of stuff carried. -The straps aren’t adjustable enough. The adjustable part is just a closed loop with no loose hanging strap ends, so the length of the adjustable area can only change by 50%. I find the straps to be way too long. -Hanging it from a hook is really difficult. The top hand loop is placed right in the middle of the bag, so when you try to hang it up, the loop is too far away to securely hang the bag from most hooks. -The “quick access” pocket in the lumbar area is honestly infuriating. It’s too flat, and the opening is too high up, for you to easily be able to access your phone/wallet/etc. Also, the luggage strap is placed right across the opening of the quick access pocket zipper, which makes it even more difficult to use. -This is not a secure anti-theft backpack because of the way it tilts away from the body. Because the tilt causes a gap between the body and the “anti-theft” zippers, there’s enough space for someone to be able to reach between your back and the bag. Overall, this is more of a fashion bag than a business/commuter/student backpack. Its fine for lightweight carry. It’s definitely good looking, but it just doesn’t live up to practical considerations.

> 3 dayThis backpack is absolutely amazing! I bought cuz my old book bag can hardly fit all my textbooks and laptop. This bag completely solve my problem. I really like the simpleness of the design and the color scheme. It utilize every single space of the bag which is very useful for a college student. I have been using this bag for 3 weeks, and I can tell you that this is the best bookbag I ever use. It holds my laptop, my switch, 3 notebook, 1 binder, 1 giant anatomy textbook, 1 big bottle of lotion, 1 sanitizer, 1 kindle, 1 water bottle and 4 other books without any problem, the best thing is there is even a hiden space behind the bag to hold valuable document for travel reason, and a charging dock on the side of the back pack! Even with that much books all stuffed into the backpack, it still very comfortable to carry on. Another thing I really like about this product is that it stands on its own on the floor and it is waterproofed. The seller is very generous enough to include a charging cable as well. Absolutely worth every single penny! Only thing I wish they can improve on is the location of where I can store water bottle, it is on the left side, which it is very weired for me to grab. I always hold the bag with right shoulder, and grab water bottle from right side using left hand. Might be just my problem. Overall, this is a great back pack for daily school usages, work and travel.

> 3 dayWhen I first received this product, I wasnt sure how I felt about it. It was nicely packaged and looked like the pictures, but wasnt sure how it would look on me. Would it look cheap? Off balance? But once I started using it, I quickly started to appreciate everything about it. First, it stands up on its own, so I never have to lean it against anything. Second, there are plenty of pockets and I always have enough room for my belongings. Also, the zippers are smooth and have a high quality finish. Its comfortable and looks great. There is a hidden pocket on the side against your back and the zipper is hard to grab because its hidden behind a nylon band (probably by design), so this is the only weird part but I understand why they did this (security). Overall, its a great backpack and Im looking forward to using it for a business trip next month. For now Ive used it primarily for cafes when I work from home. Id definitely buy this again. I returned a $400 Tumi backpack for this and happy I did. Worth every penny.
