My husband loves his Bose headphones. Bought them as a Christmas present. He has hearing loss so it helps him when listening to music which he does often. It was easy to connect to wireless.

Bought these for my boyfriend. Everything is as advertised. He can basically ignore anything I say due to the noise canceling feature. Its his favorite thing. The sound is pretty great too. He wears them while working around the house allot and on flights. It also helps when using loud tools such as table saws etc.

Sound cuts off a couple of times per minute when I walk with cellphone in my pocket. This is very anoying. No problem when I hold cellphone in my hand outside my pocket.

The sound lags when watching TV on a home theater system. Bose support told me this was normal and could not be fixed. I had to return them. To be fair, the headphones sounded great and the noise cancellation was very good but the lag time was unbearable. The actors lips were completely out of sync with the audio because of the bluetooth lag time.

Wore on a 14 hour plane ride. Keeps you protected from the engine noise. And helps you sleep. It really does block out the noises around you. Plus there are 2 levels of noise canceling. You can choose how much noise you want blocked. How much is your sanity worth on long trips? Buy these...

Very disappointing. Purchased for TV watching. If used with a Bluetooth connection there is a significant delay between action and sound. Very disconcerting and virtually unusable. (The delay is not a problem if you are just listening to music.) Most significant problem is that if you connect directly to the TV via audio cable to synchronize sound and action, the volume control does not work at all. Very stupid design, particularly at this price level. The earphones should allow the listener to listen at his or her level without adjusting the sound level for the others in the room. I solved the problem by buying an in-line amplifier with a volume control (Fosi Audio Q4 - Mini Stereo Gaming DAC & Headphone Amplifier) as I had an optical TV output. However, that should not have been necessary. Not recommended if you need a volume control.

These headphones are extremely comfortable and the sound is incredible. I have had them for some time now and they are perfect for me. I wear them for many hours straight and I dont have any issues with them.

This is the second pair I bought in a month time. One for me and one for a friend. The sound is excellent. Highly recommend. JG

In addition to the noise cancellation and sound quality, the main advantage for me is its very comfortable fit, I can wear it for many hours without any discomfort. I prefer it over the newer 700 model which is somewhat heavier with less comfortable head band and without much difference in sound quality and noise cancellation (I tried them both at a noisy store).
