My old ear pads were falling apart so it was time to replace them. These are nice and comfortable with equal sound quality. The only down side of these were that they were hard ti install, Once mounted on they were GREAT!!!

The perforated pads fit on Sony MDR-V6 and feel great. A little hard to install. The shape is a little more oblong than the original pads which are a little wider (rounder). Most important is that they do the job and do not leave black specs like my decomposing original pads.

The only way these ear pads could be better for the Sony MDR-7506 headphones is if they were made out of a very soft genuine leather and fit pretty close to the same way the originals do. If you know of such an ear pad please let me know as I have looked for years for some pads better that the original Sony pads and have only now found these very soft and aerated pads priced at a significant discount over the Sonys to boot. The trick is that the memory foam inside these pads are just slightly thicker than stock making them very comfortable. And, because they are not overly thick like some other pads the 7506s dont loose their great sound. Bass remains, and highs dont become sibilant. That they are also aerated with tiny holes help keep the pads from becoming sweaty. Only premium leather would be better. I am going to order another pair and put them away for a few years down the road.

My old Sony MDR-V6 headphone still works great. But the pads became flaky and falling apart. This pair of earpads gave my old thing a new life. Installation only took few minutes. The headphone looks nicer than before and feels very comfortable. I wish this can last for a long time.

Glad I picked these up for my 10 year old MDRV6 headphones I’ve gone through my share of ear pads but these are by far my favorite. Huge thanks to Brainwavz for making these pads at an affordable price.

Really nice. A bit difficult for this old man to install but with these types of things it should be expected I think. Im always afraid Ill rip the material so Im extra careful which can make or more difficult. Now that Ive done one the next would be much easier Im sure but Im hoping Ill not be needing top replace anymore any time soon. Nice product.
