The perfect durable backpack for airplane travel! Its technically 1 too large to be considered a personal item however I (regretfully) have flown both spirit and frontier airlines with it and neither airline has said anything about the size. The wide mouth opening is perfect for storing as kucb as possible. This thing has some capacity. Its got lots of pockets and organizers in the main opening. The zipper on the back side of it is great for storing your passport safely while in the airport. And the strap on the back fits over a rolling bag perfectly making it easy to travel with. Overall in LOVE with this bag.

I got this backpack as a college student, since my old ones seams started ripping. I was actually looking for a backpack that specifically had padding for a laptop/ipad, and this one has a good quality and actually has 2 padded pockets (even though one is a more smaller one). There are a few pockets in the inside, but they do not have zippers. The padded pockets do have a very strong velcro strap, which I think probably will start to get a bit weaker, eventually after use; however, this should not be a problem if the bag is carelessly thrown around. I was actually surprised when I first opened up the zipper to the main area. The top part had some kind of thing inside (maybe plastic?) which felt sturdy and helped the shape stay strong. Inside the main area, on the bottom, there is the same padding that is for the laptop pocket, which is a nice extra cushion for my books. Most of all, what surprised me was that even though the back itself seemed normal sized without opening the main zipper, it was actually so large inside! I dont use up all the space, but it has the potential to store sooo many items like clothes or textbooks. This would be great as a carry-on bag, but I think it is also good specifically as a backpack for school use. I like that there are many pockets on the outside of the main area. There is one in the front with a zipper, 2 on the sides (for my waterbottle), and one secret zipper in the back where I keep my valuables. One thing is that I wish the smaller compartment pockets inside of the main area would have zippers, or at least one, but unfortunately there is not. I ordered the light pink one, and I am really happy with how it looks! Kind of cute and girly! The only thing I am really seriously worried about is that the bottom might start to change color, like from dirt or friction against the floor (when I put it down). Overall, for a not-so expensive backpack, it is great to use for school on the daily!

I love that the fact that my mother loves the bag. Because of the color and the ability for her to maneuver the bag and put all the school work in there. Its very accessible whenever its not on the shoulder one can carry as a bag. I love the bag my mother loves the backpack!

Has plenty of storage for all the stuff I carry. Definitely worth the money.

I haven’t used it for a weekend trip yet but I’m hoping this will be the bag for it. I love the strap to carry the bag on a rolling suitcase, but the zipper pull on the hidden ouch right below the suitcase strap doesn’t hide easily, it’s shoved in there and feels like it’ll pop out, making it obvious and Not very “hidden”. I really wanted a bag that stood up on its own. As of right now, with nothing in it, the bag sometimes folds over to its packaged position. I hope frequent use will negate this. The fabric seems very durable. When the entire floor of the bag is being used (I used a book laid flat), the water bottles cannot go to the bottom of the pouch, this is because the water bottle pockets don’t stretch and use up space inside the bag.

The backpack itself is great but -1 star because it has a piece of fake leather on the front that says “Lokass” on it. But…why?!

I like the fact it was water resistant since I use it to commute with. Didnt need one with a bunch of pockets, things get lost n less room. Love that the top has 2 zippers and opens to almost a bucket. Im planning on using it to travel with as a personal bag n not a carry on. Only drawback is the hidden charging. The cord provided is slow. And there is not a pocket on the inside to put the power bank. It flops around and my cord connection got bent because of that. Otherwise I wouldve given 5 stars. Ohh and it sits well on my shoulders n back. I dont get drop or heaviness as with a regular bookbag. One other thing the bottom could have a more durable material for putting on the floor.

I recently travelled with this backpack on 4 flights and a cruise, and it was perfect. Not only does it look great, it also holds a lot, and has a lot of compartments to organize everything. I found myself frequently admiring it and appreciating it during the trip! And...it looks brand new even after the trip! Well worth the money.

The very first thing I thought about this when I took it out of the box was that it was way too small. I wanted the larger one, they were not available. But, I’m leaving on a 5 day work trip so I started packing it, resigning myself to still having to take a suitcase. I WAS WRONG! This thing is not only stylish and seems very durable, it’s like Mary Poppins carpet bag! It just goes on forever! I packed 4 pairs of jeans, a hoodie, 4 shirts, undergarments for each day, socks, make up, meds, flat iron for my hair, my I pad(in the secure and padded pocket), phone and chargers, wallet, snacks, pens, my 48 Oz hydro flask in the large side pocket, two charging banks and an extra pair of shoes and I STILL HAVE ROOM! It’s absolutely ridiculous! It distributes the weight evenly, the shoulder straps aren’t too small and they are padded, the top opens so wide that I didn’t have to fight with it at all! I love the back pocket to keep my phone/passport, etc. safe and the attached power cord is a huge plus! I, happily, will not be taking a suitcase on this trip! In the future l, when I do, the strap to attached it to the handle will be perfect! For the price, this was an excellent purchase! Looks more expensive than it was and functions above and beyond what I expected!

I love that this bag optimizes the dimensions of the personal item for air travel. You can pack quite a few different things into this backpack and it has two nicely padded sleeves, one for a laptop and one for a tablet (or smaller laptop). The zippers all operate really smoothly, and I love that there are two zippers at the top for quick and easy access to the main compartment, which also makes it possible to lock the compartment. The straps are nicely padded and comfortable to wear. There is a zippered security pocket at the back, which is hidden behind the straps, when you are wearing the bag. This would be a secure pocket that could be used to hold your passport or other valuable items when traveling. The bag is a really good quality and has a nice water resistant finish. I highly recommend this bag for anyone looking for a personal item bag, or a general backpack to travel with.
