Holy cow this wheel squeaks! I can sleep through almost anything but couldn’t sleep when my hamster ran on his wheel at night. Within a few days we had to return this, it just wasn’t working for us. The quality of the item itself was good, it was just so loud.

This Bucatstate wheel is GORGEOUS, good quality, and spins easily. The base is perfectly balanced to keep the wheel steady. It comes with a cork backing to prevent the wheel from sliding around. You can see from the photos that the 8 is plenty big enough for a dwarf hamster. I initially got her the 10 but it was a tiny bit too heavy for her. She could get it going but had trouble stopping it. Important note: do not get the bearings wet, ever. Simply wipe down the plastic with a damp paper towel for cleaning.

I bought this item and it was delivered on Jan 2nd, 2023 and the center piece has broken already (April 8th, 2023). I absolutely love this wheel. It does exactly what it says and stays clear too! However, cannot justify a second wheel at $30 a pop. Is there a way for me to ask for a replacement?

Way to small!!

there is no noise at all it’s wonderful. unfortunately my hamster is too stupid to figure it out even though his old wheel was exactly like it. definitely buy it. it stands up nicely and it easy to clean and disassemble

I recently ordered this wheel to replace a cheap, wobbly wheel I picked up from the pet store and could not be happier with my decision to do so. The product came packaged very neatly and without damage. The wheel itself is quite heavy construction of thick, hard acrylic. I was initially concerned the construction was so heavy that my gerbils would not be strong enough to use it. I was quickly proven wrong. The adjustable base allows me to place the stand flat on the bottom of the cage without worrying about the gerbils burying it. It adjusts to about 6 above the base so I dont have to constantly dig their wheel. I am always skeptical of buying things claiming silent operation, but this probably comes as close to silent as possible. The bearing is very heavy duty and it comes with a cork pad for the base as noise insulation. The only sound it makes is from their claws scraping for the first few seconds while they build up speed. I barely notice them using it, even in total silence. This is a wonderful product and will definitely be looking into other products from this brand

This is the quietest wheel I have ever purchased. Ive bought 3 different wheels before this one, and this wheel is definitely the best. The others were either too flimsy, too noisy, or too small. But the Bucatstate wheel is perfect. I bought the 10 wheel and it is the perfect size for my teddy bear hamster. I definitely recommend it.
