Been using vacuum for 3 weeks now. Very happy with the vacuum. I would recommend getting a second battery. I did and its well worth it. The funny part of it all is that you have a tendency to turn around and look for the cord. There isnt one! Customer support is also top notch. Super Easy to clean and the wall caddy stores all attachments along with the vacuum. Charger connector can also be attached to wall caddy, so all you do is place vacuum into caddy and it starts charging. Couldnt be easier.

*****UPDATE 4 STAR REVIEW**** After posting my previous review, customer service messaged me offering to send me a replacement engine. I received it just as we were moving into a new home so it took a couple of weeks to unpack and put all of the pieces together. What a difference! The charge lasted longer than the original allowing me to vacuum the entire main floor of our house including kitchen, living room, master bedroom, hallways, two area rugs, and more AND it still had juice left in the battery. It’s functioning as I hoped as a lightweight vacuum that’s easy to pull out and use and replace using a messy broom. I deducted 1 star because the vacuum head doesn’t stay down and the machine signals to clean the trash bin when it’s virtually empty. It let me override the signal and keep on vacuuming until it reached max trash. Definitely pleased and very happy with customer service! *****ORIGINAL 1 STAR REVIEW***** No one should compare this the Dyson cordless. For $150, it should work, which it doesn’t. I was able to use it twice, tag still on, until it won’t turn on with a full battery. Vacuum does not respond to the power button, no display on the screen. Dead. Yet shows a full charge when I plug in the power again. As for the two times it did turn on, the suction was comparable to picking up the same as a traditional broom. Dirt and debris still left in corners and against baseboards. Anything larger than a tic tac candy, forget it. This vacuum is an utterly regrettable purchase and will now go to the landfill because 3 months is too long to warranty a product and they won’t accept a return. Save your money and peace of mind. Do not buy this hunk of junk.

I love this product! so easy to take apart for other tools. Suction is honestly better than the dyson i used prior. Picked up the pet hair & any dust or dirt on the hardwood floors. Battery works well despite the bad reviews.

brought my vacuum two months ago, and it worked great at first but isnt built for everyday use. I would vacuum cat litter and hair and out of nowhere it stopped picking up everything. But the insurance refund me fully! So get insurance

This thing is perfect to use for quick spot vacuuming especially for dog hair. The battery lasts a while so you do not have to continually charge it. Good suction. The canister is a little on the small side and does not hold that much. Emptying it is easy although if you remove the whole canister from the unit, it is a little tricky to re-attach it. The mountable storage/charging caddy is flimsy and I do not expect it to last very long.

**Edit - I can not even begin to tell you how wonderful the customer service and support is at this company. I was frustrated as I stated below, and I know it is something I did wrong. My unit had a clog in it somewhere that I just simply couldnt find, likely because I vacuumed up something that the machine was not designed to handle thanks to my lovely four legged children. Customer service and support has been quick to respond and is sending me a replacement that should arrive today. I will make sure that I pay attention to what I am picking up with this one so I dont have another issue - again - the problem was ME not THEM but they totally took care of it for me So far it seems a bit frustrating, but I will be the first to say I am not a patient person. I seem to be spending a great deal of time taking it apart to clear the debris for the suction. Got aggravated and just got out the big vacuum and put this in the closet. Maybe later I will try again

This vacuum is great for cleaning up a quick mess or vacuuming the whole house. I used it to vacuum the whole house and it worked great! However it is sort of small so took longer. It didn’t cover a very wide area. It worked great on carpet and the flooring. It would be perfect for anyone living in smaller spaces or who have children or pets for spills. I would buy it again.

I was happy to find that the vacuum cleans the floors so well. It sucked up dirt, dog hair, cat hair, and cat litter easily. I didn’t have to go over the area repeatedly. I was doubtful about the suction when I ordered, but gave it a chance, and it paid off. The lights on the front of the floor brush are bright and show the dirt and pet hair that I may have missed otherwise. There are three small things that could be improved on. The vacuum does leave a line of pet hair when going over low pile rugs. It did pick up the hair when I went back over it, however. I wish the battery charged quicker. And lastly, I found that the floor brush didn’t stay flat on the floor if I moved the wand to a different angle and back again. I’m hoping that is just because it’s so new and that it will resolve as I continue to use the vacuum. Over all I’m pleased with the vacuum. I will keep my previous vacuum for a deeper clean, I think. But for everyday cleaning, this will work well and certainly best sweeping daily.

Didnt give 5 stars because the floor brush tends to lift up from the floor.

This vacuum is amazing. So quiet and small but powerful. The different speeds and light are so helpful. To dump it is a little tricky but it’s not bad. Since it is small you have to dump the canister frequently but it’s so worth it. I love it.
