CanaKit 3.5A Raspberry Pi 4 Power Supply (USB-C)

This adapter came with a kit I bought from Canakit and I constantly get undervoltage messages. I have a keyboard and official raspberry Pi display connected to the Pi 4, and thats it.

Just as described - powers up the pi and doesnt get hot.

Stable, outputs 5v under load. Works great. 3.5amps gives you a bit of extra room over the suggested power supply for the Raspberry Pi 4. I use a USB-C to USB micro converter to power my Raspberry Pi 3 (with accessories) also.

First, this is an excellent power supply for the Rpi 4, but I am mostly writing this review

Needs a switch

I have 3 of these powering 3 different raspberry pi4s. Ive never had an issue.

Dropped 2 times by mistake and still have no problem. works fine.

Ease of use, use it for Raspberry pi 4 APRS IGATE/Digipeater

I recommend only buying this if youre planning on using it exclusively with your Pi4 and never for anything else.

Disappointed that the wall wart does not sit flat against the outlet. There’s a raised rectangle that the prongs come out of, such that if you press against the bottom of the wall wart the prongs start to come out of the outlet. Very annoying and also probably a fire hazard
