The machine arrived quickly. It is attractive, compact, lightweight, and easy to maneuver around. I like the hose and cord storage. It heats up the water, unlike some other machines. The self-cleaning hose is a nice feature. I bought a used car and wanted to clean the cloth seats. The dirty water bin was filthy, so it does work. It has saved me a lot of money in professional cleaning services and has kept my carpets and upholstery looking great.

I used it on the armrest of the couch and on my fitted Baseball caps and spot on car seat. Worked very well on these sort of things.

Overall I prefer having a carpet spot cleaner like this instead of a huge model as I live in a 600 ft.² small condo and don’t have much space to store a larger device and this works as advertised. Comes with fool proof instructions and simple and easy to use .!! Thus far I am using this in my living room for my throw carpet and the carpet near the front door that I put my shoes on. Definitely recommend because it does come in handy and takes out little stains and dirt in a few minutes.

This surprised me as it’s easily on par with the name brand spot washers. In fact it does better then many because it heats the water enough to use it without mixing soap in. It comes with a narrow and wide attachment, and a nozzle to clean out the tubes after you’re done. It’s fairly quiet, and powerful even on “normal” suction (it has a more powerful, but louder “high” setting if you need that). It’s handled everything I’ve thrown at it so far. And since I haven’t seen any need for soap I’ll save some money there. The only two downsides are minor. It takes a bit to heat up the water, but this can be helped by starting off with warm water in the tank (refills heat up just fine, cool or hot). The wide nozzle also has a rubber squeegee piece. Its meant to help it on hard floors (it does), but it should be removable because it makes it hard to move on carpets.

The two bottom buttons on ours do not work! It constantly beeps at me and flashes!

This portable carpet cleaner is awesome. I was so surprised at how fast it heated and the power coming from such a small machine. I definitely recommend this to anyone who needs to clean their cars carpet because anything else, Im paying to get it cleaned. Detailers, this product will be perfect for you. I give it a A++++. I have dirty pets and dirty rugs and was told that a carpet cleaner actually would help. It’s way better than expensive grooming and showering in the shower. I love the heat system on the machine as well. Works on shaggy heavy rugs that would fit in the washing machine as well. Takes a few passes to see difference.

So far, so good! It worked as expected for the one time I’ve used it. I like that it’s lightweight (less than 10 pounds) and easily portable. The water does not quickly heat but it’s an acceptable length of time. I haven’t used the self cleaning feature yet because I’ve only used the unit once..that will change in the near future, I’m sure, since we just got a puppy. The unit seems sturdy enough that it should last for years. If it doesn’t, I’ll come back and update my review.
