I would give this bag a 5 if it was a bit lighter. Compared to other carry-on backpacks bought on Amazon around the same time, it is noticeable heavier and bulky and stiff. If you want more protection for your goods, this may be a good choice. However, i personally would have liked less bulk and weight. The packing bags will come very handy for organizing items. This bag is HUGE and will hold at least a week of summer clothes, toiletries, and other personal items in my opinion.

I love this bag. The color packing cubes are fairly large & help keep things organized. The hidden straps are so convenient. Def get this bag.

I wanted a bag for week long work trips. Its not bad but the fact its not structured makes it uncomfortable to carry if the content doesnt sit neatly flat, and it loses shape. Better buy properly structured backpack.

My friend and I just had a weekend trip. It was my first time flying this airline and this company would charge us for carrying on small suitcase. Not only this backpack saved my fee on airplanes but I was able to pack more than enough clothing (so roomy inside). I was comfortable carrying this on my back since the padding of this backpack is just right for me.

Traveled for a few weeks oversees. This backpack was the perfect size to hold all my items. I only brought this bag with me so used it as my carry-on bag. When returning from Europe, I checked my bag to test its durability. Happy with purchase.
