Cute..but smaller than I expected.

He does not shed and I don’t have to walk him, although if I did it would be quite a workout! Obeys me very well. I say, “Stay” and he doesn’t move a muscle! We are now working on other commands such as, roll over, speak and play dead. I think he’s getting a handle on the last one.

My wife had an iron dog that her grandfather made a long time ago, and I saw this and thought that it would be a nice accompaniment to her other iron door stop dog. She loved it, because we love our Dachshund Brinkley. It is a nicely made piece and looks very nice. Glad I bought one.

Should have opened it earlier to inspect it; I would have sent it back. The left side of the face and the ear are flat and rough like it was not cast in the mold correctly. I bought it as a gift and set it back in a closet until his birthday. When the gift was opened, I was so embarrassed by how bad the item looked. I am surprised they shipped an item that looked that bad. Shame on me for not inspecting an online purchase.
