Centric 2 Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinners, True Navy, Carry-On 20-Inch

First set came in a beat up inner box and “Kohls return” sticker. These were NOT purchased as open box but new and luggage had some scrapes and had obviously been used. I returned them and am still waiting for a refund. Had to reorder luggage pieces separately as sets were out and I wasn’t given the option to reorder.

Right out of the box this luggage had multiple deep scratches. Definitely not scratch resistant as advertised! Really makes me question the durability of this product as well. Will be returning ASAP.

Although this is a nice lightweight suitcase, the zipper/material region ripped inside the luggage after one use. Please note: the luggage was not over packed.

This carry on is the perfect size for any shorter trip, the dimensions listed show that its the perfect carry on size for most airlines if youre flying anywhere. The other nice thing about this luggage is that its super lightweight, that means more weight you can use on your other clothes or goodies when traveling. The outer casing is very sturdy and will be able to handle impact. On the bottom there are 4 wheels which means you can also push or pull your luggage flat in any direction instead of the traditional 2 wheel drag. If you are on the go the suitcase also has a USB port that you can use as a charger if youre stuck in an airport and cant find an outlet.

I have had luck with Samsonite luggage for years now so I purchased this on in the color black for a family trip for my toddler. Upon arrival to the first destination, to my dismay, I found that one of the side bumpers had come off and two sharp screws that were previously attaching such bumper were poking through the side of the suitcase. Unfortunately, I realized this only as it was piercing through the skin on my dads chest as he was lifting the bag from off the carousel. This is outright dangerous! I am very upset that this suitcase did not even make one full trip before breaking, furthermore it left some nasty piercings on my father who is a senior. I’m not ok with this! I would not recommend this suitcase to anyone.

The luggage came looking like it was used, not new. Dirt inside. Scratches in 6- locations, and a wheel crushed in. It appears the material is so thin that any weight can crush in the material at the wheels. No way to contact the seller. Hopefully, this post prompts the seller to contact me and make this right.

This is a great carry on suitcase. We’re used ours on multiple trips in the car & plane. It’s tough enough for me to wrap fragile gifts and feel confident they will make it in tact at my arrival. My husband & I can fit both our stuff in it if it’s a weekend trip. I like that one side has straps to keep everything in place and the other side has a zipper mesh top to keep loose or smaller items secure.
