I think this is a little unstable as compared to other comparables. It also takes a little more effort to move this. It may be just ok product. I would have thought a company like Samsonite would make more stable and effortless product.

Have used this on one trip so far, but it went well. Its pretty sturdy but very light. It doesnt have as many pockets inside and outside compared to my old TravelPro suitcase, but is much lighter!

I purchased this suitcase for a 3 week trip and was very satisfied with it. I like the spinning wheels which allows you to pull from behind or at your side. Very lightweight and the inside shell has no compartments which maximizes space for storage. The outside shell seems a little flimsy but held up well with no noticeable dings or scratches after numerous flights and bus rides... Overall very happy with its design and functionality and for price well worth it.

I purchased these Samsonite Centric 20 and 24 inch luggage pieces for a Scuba diving trip in 2019, and I have used them several times since. Theyre still looking good and going strong though slightly scuffed from use.

With me all over the country this year and its taken a beating with not so much as a scratch.

The chemical smell off the luggage straight away is off putting, but thats no fault of the seller. The handle on the luggage I received felt incredibly cheap, and almost like a toy. Zipper pulls also missing from the inside. Expected better from this brand.

I thought with a name of Samsonite thsi would be a good product. But no. The handle broke the first time we used it and we had not packed anything heavy. I tried calling Samsonite, looked online, etc but shipping the suitcase somewhere for them to decide if it can be fixed oir replaced and how much to charge me - forget it.
