> 3 dayAs I was checking out Delsey accessories to match my 21 inch Delsey carryon suitcases, I noticed several reviews that said luggage cracked - a couple said they cracked after only one trip! I just want to say that I have had my luggage for almost 10 years and both pieces are still intact. No cracks deep scratchs nothing! And yes, it is lightly scratched in a few places, (easily buffed out with furniture wax) but not compromised in any way as to make them unusable. In fact after my last flight over Christmas vacation, they were scratched all over with black marks that looked like tar or asphalt. I got out the comet cleanser and a rag and scrubbed them all over. When that didnt completely remove stain, I wiped off that mess used plain acetone to get black marks to a minimum, be mindful of keeping these cleaners away from the darker leather) and used cleanser cloth with water again & dried completely. Then buffed with furniture wax to protect. They look like new. The interior lining is in need of replacement from years of cramming too much stuff and breaking the zippers on last trip, Im going to have interiors refurbished at 1/3 the of price of new Delsey luggage! Yes. I like it that much.

> 3 dayThe luggage is pretty but the lock started giving problems. First I thought it was one time issue but twice after it happened again. The lock did opened after trying the 000 to 999; however, on my last trip I tried several times the 000 to 999 and unfortunately the luggage did not open. The last resource was to ask the hotel for help so I could access my cloth and personal items. As a last effort the hotel opened the luggage with some pliers to open the luggage. Now Im told its too late to do an exchange or refund the luggage.

> 3 dayThis bag was so heavy before I even put any of my things in it. My husband made fun of me the whole trip. I could roll it around but when lifting to set on bed to open it, it was way too heavy.

> 3 dayI liked the maneuverability and the fact that both compartments zip closed. One compartment is smaller than the other so you can put items youll use immediately in that side.

> 3 dayIt hasn’t made a year yet and the suitcase is coming apart. I have never checked it and use it for carry on only, and I take the outmost pride and care of my luggage because I genuinely liked it. It’s definitely not worth the price tag. The threading has started to come part and the design straps are falling off. This is without having gone through any rigorous travels!

> 3 dayI have not let the airlines handle my suitcase yet and that is where the durability will come in

Greater than one weekI have always been a Samsonite user. I decided to upgrade to Delsey thinking it would be a better and finer piece of luggage. I wish I had not changed brands. The inside straps dont stretch, the zippers are difficult to close (the top and bottom parts of the suitcase must be perfectly aligned for the zippers to run easily). I sure hope that for the price I paid, this suitcase lasts many, many years.
