I didnt know that a navy liner works best for women with brown eyes.......its true!.......my eyes pop with this Navy.....although a bit pricey, I believe it worth the price.

Vecchia recensione: Ho preso questo Eyeliner -con pennellino in gomma- per usarlo come Matita per l interno occhio, ma non scrive abbastanza come essa, consiglio di utilizzarlo solo come eyeliner. Il colore è un nero chiaro. Temperino compreso Colore: 094 - noir trinidad / trinidad black / nero trinidad 1.2g Made in Germany

As a person that always wears eyeliner, this is a fine way for a woman to know shes not flaking around the eyes. Its more long lasting without worry. I was a former user but hadnt been able to find, so a happy shopper.
