Product as described and worked well but the protective coating was hard to remove from both sides (and I ordered 2 of these-both were hard). It left pieces along the edge. If you have time to warm it up or spray it down and scrape, then it’s fine.

I bought 6 of these Plexiglass sheets to make a window for a screen door that I made. I made a screen door for the back door of my mobile home so my dogs could go in and out with a dog door. I had made a large opening above the dog door that I screened in. However, with the colder weather coming I wanted to make a window for the top to keep the cold weather out. I wanted plexiglass in the 1/4 inch thickness so that it would keep out the cold. These Plexiglass sheets were perfect for my project. I had to cut down to size 2 of the sheets (in the middle of the window) and I was able to cut them with my compound miter saw with no problems. They cut clean and then I put the window together. I didnt want glass since my hubby is the sort of man that usually slams the doors shut and I didnt want to see glass breaking at all. The plexiglass is clear and I can clean it with a soft wet cloth when needed. They arrived quickly packed in a sturdy bubble pack and the plexiglass was protected with a sticky brown paper that kept them from getting scratched on both sides and peeled off cleanly with no sticky residue. Weve already had a couple cold days with the ever present Texas wind and the screen door with the new plexiglass window kept the back laundry room where the door is nice and comfortable, not cold at all.

It is less than 8x12. I contacted seller and their response was wee, this is the most optimum way to cut them for sale ! Really. I already made my project to be exact and I had to modify it. spending more time and energy.

shipping was sufficient as it arrived with no issues. The 12 was more like 11.4 inches. The protective paper is not strong enough to peel of in one peel either. It just tears tiny pieces at a time. I spend about 1/2 hour peeling the paper off. No excuse for that. Using a very sharp and expensive router bit going 1/8 into material it just smears over and leaves a cloudy looking mess. Other acrylics ive used leave a nice transparent finish after routing. I wont repeat this purchase when I need more acrylic.
