I have used these in several ways and find them real time-savers. I use them to hold pattern pieces together as I remove them from fabric so I can refer to the pattern and not lose track of the pieces. I use them to indicate the front pieces of garment from the back pieces as I work with the item. I have no doubt I will find many other uses for these as time goes on. I also have the smaller set of Wonder Clips.

Great clips. Great size. I have used the smaller clips for a while now with great success. However, I sometimes work with vinyl and home dec fabric where pins either dont work or bend. The little clips were too small but these clips worked great. They are sturdy but easy to open.

in general an excellent buy though I think overpriced. The inch markers not so useful

12-28-13: I initially ordered these for quilt making, and had to order a few more because I practically use them for just about anything. These clips are super strong and very durable. It keeps food from getting stale. It keeps my kitchen towels where I want them. I even use these for my files....its even better than paper clips. You will find so many uses for these. Updated on 7-12-14: I found more uses for these! hang clothes to dry outside clip important paper together clip important paper onto my file tray fastened to clothing when a button fell off. worked great! stabilize orchid plant on a bamboo stick. the green color blends nicely. fasten air plants/tilandsia to tree branches. drape quilt over stand and fasten with two of these clips to keep quilt in place. Clip skirts/tops/pants on hangers. You would be amazed by how strong the grip is. There is a hole on the base. Get a small nail with a head and attach these clips to the nails on the wall. Great organization. Tie a string to the hole. Use for hanging: dry herbs, hang plants, dry small towels, etc.

I have the smaller size but wanted to try the larger. Great for any designs I sew.

Now I have both sizes of the Wonder Clips & like both sizes, but I do think I like the smaller for holding the quilt binding as I sew the binding on. Crafters out there will find so many uses for these Jumbo sizes. I used my jumbo ones to hold stacks of fabric strips together since I needed to have so many different lengths of 1 1/2 inch strips. Worked very well to keep them separated & organized. If you are a fabric person & need to organize all those bits & pieces of material, these will work great.

Theres nothing worse than trying to free motion quilt while the quilt edges are hanging off the table. The jumbo sized clips work perfectly for keeping a quilt rolled up, making the quilt easier to handle, as I free motion quilt. I usually use my mid arm machine which has more space but these clips keep my quilts rolled up enough when using my sewing machine as well. I wouldnt recommend these for binding, however . . .both sizes are indispensable in my quilt studio.

I have these and the little ones. My mom got them first, she uses them for her sewing and such, I use them for quilting. A few weeks ago my teenage daughter was putting binding on a quilt she was making and she kept getting frustrated at my lack of other clips. I hadnt bought any of these yet, so I ordered some and there are plenty in one package for a quilt (depending on what size the clips/quilt are) and she no longer gets frustrated having to stop and align everything, clip, and so forth. Ive used them a few times myself and admit Im not sure how I lived without them before.

Use these for crafts instead of clothes pins as they have just that little extra wiggle room and since they are plastic they can get wet. I have since noticed these in my local sewing store! So I guess you can use these for heming clothes as well!
