I was not a fan of this monitor at all. I even wrote a bad review. Their customer service contacted me as soon as the bad review was live. They begged me to allow them to make it up to me. I agreed and they went above and beyond to take care of the issue. They sent me a new monitor that was very well packaged and works great! Right out of the box I hooked it up and it works beautifully. I guess the first one was a 1 in 1000 defective unit or something. Really great company and amazing customer service!

Right out of the box; this monitor was just plug and play. Great video quality and good audio. Have used this with my Surface Tablet; my Work Laptop and even my Nintendo Switch with just connecting a USB-C cable. Provides great second monitor for or large display for my switch while on the road

This is an amazing portable monitor with a great image, very sharp and perfect for work-from-home or travel needs. Bigger than I thought but very slim, light and a great menu with plenty of functionality. Love it and can highly recommend it.

So glad I bought this monitor. The picture quality is wayyy better than what I expected and it comes with all the cords you need. It makes working across multiple programs and screens so much easier.

I purchased the screen for use with a Surface as my mobile office when car camping northern New Hampshire and Maine. Great quality screen that is big enough to have a couple of windows open and still have easy to read font size and zoom settings. When I had problems finding the screen from a new Surface with Windows 11, I got a call back from a knowledgeable service tech who walked me through a simple fix and gave me some additional suggestions for getting the best from the screen. I thought the call back time was very reasonable especially give the quality of the technician. In the same email stream the technician was also very helpful getting me an accessory I needed. I would absolutely by from them again in the future.

Im old ;). The idea of powering a monitor of this size with one USB-C connection is alien. Very impressed with this product!

Monitor is super thin and the design is super clean compare to some of the other brands out there on Amazon. The quality is great! Not as good compare to my Mac books retina display but comes very close side by side. My only issue is the location of the menu button. It sticks out making it difficult to have a vertical screen. Overall great monitor! Will be looking for another screen so i can have 2 portable screens!

I am very happy with the portable monitor. Its the right size and the right weight to carry around. I really needed that extra screen, but it had to be the the right size. too small, not usable, too large, hard to carry. This is perfect!

Perfect for at home or on the road
