My daughter had a Cocopar traveling monitor so I had to buy my own. I purchased the upgraded model and I couldn’t be happier with the resolution quality, screen brightness and the ease of set-up. The stand feels stable and the protective sleeve provides protection during transport. One word of caution is always use a quality rated USB-c cable. I tried a cable I already owned, but the cord wouldn’t transfer the data and power so the monitor wouldn’t work. Once I switched to the cocopar provided cable. It worked great again. I would highly recommend the Cocopar Travel Monitor for streaming or general use.

I have a new M1 MacbookPro and use this when I work at a coffee shop. I like that the monitor can be powered from my Macbook with only 1 cable. Thats right, just the laptop, monitor, and ONE cable and that is all that is needed! If I do need wall power, I only need to plug wall power into one of the two devices and the power flows from the Macbook-to-display or display-to-Macbook. Very convenient. It is surprisingly energy efficient. For example, today I started with my laptop at 100% charge and worked with this monitor powered by the laptops battery until I got to 75% charge. That was 90 minutes, which means I can get approx 6hr of use without being plugged into the wall. Thats pretty incredible. It has a matte, anti-glare finish which I really appreciate. I always have to buy matte screen protectors for my laptops to reduce glare, so I really appreciate that I did not have to do that here. I gave this 4/5 instead of 5/5 for 2 reasons: 1) They provide a cable with long straight ends. If you want to put the display right beside your laptop (and who doesnt?) there is no good way to set them beside each other without the cables getting in the way. Just ugly. The display is beautiful but the cables are ugly and awkward. I bought a braided nylon USB-C 3.2 cable with 90 degree on both ends and the problem is solved. I just wish it would have come with that cable. 2) The display looks nice overall but doesnt have that wow factor in terms of picture quality that my Macbook does. That is to be expected I supposed, because it is 1080p, but if Im going to give something 5/5 I want to feel wowed by the product experience. One caveat (and this isnt really an issue with the display) is that any cable you use to connect to your Macbook must support video. Most USB-C cables do not. If you search for USB 3.2 cables or USB4, all of them are supported as far as I know. But USB-C is a generic term about the size of the cable end and has nothing to do with the cables capabilities. Im sure many of you know that, but for those who dont I hope to save you some hassle! Customer support is great! They answered my cable questions in <12 hours.

Powered up and connected with very little effort. The seller even sent me some free 180 degree dongles, USBC and HDMI. They wrap the connector around the back of the screen to give a much cleaner look!

I wanted to use this monitor for a few weeks before leaving a review. See below. I was looking for a quality monitor that could be added as an additional screen to my office setup without the bulk or high price of a traditional monitor. This monitor has met my expectations for its intended use case as of now. Price/quality: I will say that I haven’t bought any other monitors similar to this one, but this model really makes me feel like it’s a product of great value. I feel the price is fair for what you’re getting. Versatile: I like that in addition to using this at home, I’m able to bring this with me when traveling for work as well. It slips right into my laptop sleeve of my backpack and sits right next to my laptop for easy portability when on the go. Overall, the monitor has been great so far for my needs and definitely has increased my work productivity with having a second screen. I think this monitor is great for someone who desires the above qualities/features.

I bought this monitor to hookup to play with my Nintendo Switch and was amazed by the picture quality and sound that this device produced. It can also be easily hooked up to work as a second monitor if needed for a work from home setup if you are limited on space. The screen size is the perfect size to be side by side with your laptop screen. It is small and compact and can be easily packed up if you are on the move as well. The monitor also comes with all the necessary cables with instructions on which cable to use for your setup to get you up and running right out the box. Dont think twice if you are in the market for an external portable monitor. The value and quality of this device will definitely exceed your expectations.

I use this at home for a 3rd monitor to have communications apps on for work, then I also use it for a second laptop screen when traveling. Its easy to set up, light, good picture, and a great value- I dont think you can find a better monitor for this price out there. It also comes with a mini-HDMI to HDMI adapter, which is nice. I didnt rate its gaming performance as this is not a gaming monitor.

I use this regularly even though most people will only use when they are away from home. I have my Xbox Series X and Mac Mini and it works great. Would give 6 stars if I could… highly recommended

Got this as second monitor. Wanted something easy to setup and connect and portable for travel. Works great straight out of the box, just connect USBC to USBC and go! Picture looks great (maybe better than my actual laptop) sound is a little poor but I just make sure to use the sound on my laptop when given that option. Nice large size and easy to prop up with the included cover which was a bonus.

Ordered this before traveling which was cancelled - ended up using it for 10 days stuck in master bedroom makeshift office and worked great!
