Do not use. Buy the SOFT model offered by Colgate. Do not use Medium on your delicate enamel covered teeth. SOFT is the ONLY brush stiffness to apply to either yours or my teeth. I bought these mediums by mistake. They will be repurposed as small parts cleaning tools. Medium will do that job just fine. But when it comes to soft teeth, please be gentle. Just ask your dental hygienist. He or she will be more than happy to explain the tooth anatomy to you at no charge. Also, stay away from abrasive toothpaste of any kind. Just be patient and slowly work on your smile. You want to keep your teeth for your entire life time.

I’ve ordered these a few times now. I’ve had issues with my teeth in the past, but my last dental visit I had ZERO cavities. It’s weird to be excited about a dental visit, but I do believe this toothbrush had a hand in that result. My teeth feel clean with this brush. I also use a sensodyne tooth paste but just switched to CTx3 this last week.

When I opened my package the toothbrush package was already opened.

Even though I still floss the extended bristles do a good job getting in-between the teeth.

UPDATE - May 2016 - When I wrote my initial review the color scheme on these looked different. Each handle was blue and white with small color accents. You had to look closely to see the difference between the four in the set since blue was the primary color of all four. That is no longer the case so these are now much easier to identify. ORIGINAL REVIEW - I appreciate that this 4-pack is available through Amazons Add-on program and that the free Prime shipping extends to military APO/FPO addresses. I like the head/bristle design on this toothbrush and the integrated tongue cleaner. If you dont share a bathroom and youre buying these to use for yourself the blue handle theme works fine. The same is true if youre having these shipped to a military address and they are going to be distributed to a group that isnt keeping them in the same toothbrush holder. However, if youre intending to use these in a common shared bathroom toothbrush holder you might want to consider if the slight color variations on the toothbrush heads are enough to help you identify whose is whose. I am much less likely to pick up a toothbrush that isnt mine if the handles are different colors. If you are sharing a toothbrush holder with a guy like me youre probably going to want that guy to have a toothbrush color that stands out and is distinctly different than the others. Guess Im just not as observant as some when it comes to small details like the color variations in these toothbrush bristles. I last purchased the 4-pack in March of 2015 and paid $8.97.

I love these toothbrushes and they actually clean my teeth better than other OTC basic brushes. The only drawback is they are “slippery” and hard to grip. I solved that issue by wrapping a rubberband around the handle and they work well now for me. For the price, I definitely recommend!

I used Mentadent toothbrushes for many years until they no longer became available. I am not a big fan of Colgate toothbrushes but this product is almost as good as the Mentadent brushes. The only negative thing I can say about it is that is has some ridges on the outer surface that brushes your lips and cheeks as you use it. This will take some getting used to. Unique cheek and tongue cleaner helps remove over 96% more bacteria (overall bacteria vs. brushing teeth alone with a flat-trim toothbrush)

A review for toothbrushes? Really?!? My dental hygienist provided me with this toothbrush and a little tube of toothpaste several months ago at the end of my dental exam -- and I came to absolutely love this toothbrush. First is the design of the handle. Its easy to hold. The colorful and pliable rubber incorporated into the design helps -- and is attractive. The design also makes the brush easy to position to get to those molars in the far back of the mouth. Second, the shape of the head of the toothbrush (like the design) makes it effective in reaching all the teeth -- front, back, and sides. And third (most important for me) the back of the head of the toothbrush is lightly textured to provide stimulation that actually feels good when you brush -- and apparently helps remove bacteria. As a person who absolutely hates going to the dentist (e.g. fear), its quite amazing that I am writing a review for a toothbrush! Note: No one provided me with a free product in exchange for writing this review. I did it all on my own :)

Fantastic toothbrush! Excellent quality, superior cleaning power, and feels great on my teeth. Highly recommend!
