Ive had this bag for about a year and its a very good bag. Yesterday morning I put a thermos of coffee in the bag and it tipped over and came open. About 9 oz of coffee right into the bag. Here are some amazing facts about what happened next: 1) The coffee stayed in the bag. It didnt drip. 2) The compartment that held my laptop didnt get wet! (the coffee was in a different compartment) 3) I was able to wash the whole bag with dish soap and warm water 4) The bag dried out quickly and is just as nice as it was before- soft and shiny and looking brand-new

Everything was in working order except the strap clips for the shoulder strap. One was like painted shut and when I finally got it open wouldnt work properly

I do not usually write reviews but I LOVE this! I am VERY picky about briefcases and/or laptop bags because I carry lots of files, computer, etc. back and forth to work. Thanks for creating a REALLY good quality briefcase that holds a ton of stuff without being too heavy to carry and also providing great useable space and lots of pockets for even the little things. The color of purple is perfect. Often items received from other companies are nothing like is advertised (i.e., color, quality, etc.) so THANKS for a great-quality product and for a fantastic price!

I have been using this for over 6 months and have travelled extensively with it. It is holding up great and fits everything I need and more for work. Plus it keeps everything organized!

I have had this a few months now and LOVE it. I was hesitant to pay so much for a computer bag but this bag is super strong and sturdy. It is very well made. I tend to toss my bag around in the office and in the car. It has held up great. The shoulder strap is wide and comfortable. I like that it is adjustable and it holds its place where I adjust it. I dont find that I use the outer pockets much as I also carry a purse but they are in great shape. Zippers are good quality all the way around. They all zip smoothly. My 17 inch laptop fits perfectly and there is plenty of cushion to protect it. I feel like this is a very well made product and looks very professional when Im out.

For what I need this product is perfect. Im not comparing this product to the $300 options out there BUT i spent about 1 month looking at the higher end bags and it made more sense to go this route.

The strap broke today went to try and get a replacement and was unable too. Not happy at this time! Update to the bag and shoulder strap. They emailed me and we are in the process of resolving the issue. They were very quick to reapond. I am updating my review to 4 stars as they show great customer service so far. I love the bag and color. Extremely spacious for being a small shoulder bag.

I wish I got a darker color. The grey looks darker in the photo. However a very good bag. Seems well made. Ill get some decent use out of it Im sure.
