Greater than one weekI bought this for my boyfriend who uses weird things to carry around stuff. Like a shoe box, a big plastic tote; a cardboard box... like instead of using a backpack he uses awkward stuff. He seems to like the versatility. And it’s pretty sturdy. The quality is decent for the price. I might get one for myself

> 3 dayAs an itinerant intellectual I do not go anywhere without a laptop and a few books -- but I travel a lot, including internationally. Therefore, I do not take my bags for granted: they have to be practical, hold up well, and look cool, too! This bag is so intelligently-designed that in a few days Ive already used _all_ of its bells and whistles -- and there are many -- except, perhaps one or two of its internal pockets. I am so pleased that Im already choosing a suitcase to match it (abandoning my excellent and in-tact TUMI set from over 35 years) and picking color-coded wardrobe items to boot! Ive always said that if anything is designed to be ugly, then the designer did not complete the task. Well, this bag is so versatile it could not be more practical, so pretty it hurts and so sturdy that youll want forever to enter the world of a post-animal-product world (well... perhaps ... if I may be allowed a quibble, with the exception of the faux leather trim)! Great price too! Strongly recommended!

Greater than one weekWith the mixed reviews about size and durability, I was a bit hesitant to order this $50 pack, but the potential pros outweighed the cons so I took the plunge. The. Best. Decision! Im traveling with a 35L backpack and wheeling along a bike case but I still needed a carry-on that could handle BOTH my and my husbands 17 gaming laptops + accessories and in-flight carry-on knickknacks. It was important that the bag be able to be used in whatever capacity was needed, depending on the luggage situation. This bag ticks all those boxes: hand or arm carry, crossbody, shoulder, and backpack. The fabric is sturdy without being abrasive. The padded laptop sleeve + velcro security strap are great. It has convenient dual mid-grade zippers (not the crap flimsy ones nor the heavy duty) so you can open the bag compartments from either side / partially or completely. The padded shoulder and backpack straps have a generous amount of adjustment to accommodate lil ol me or my much taller/thicker hubby. The stitching and components are also middle of the road so no complaints (and bonus points for using METAL fasteners and clips for the shoulder strap, and having the connections on opposite sides of the bag to evenly distribute weight). So if youre like me and hesitant about taking a chance on this laptop bag, I say GO FOR IT and be pleasantly surprised (and if not, its free returns, right?)!

Greater than one weekGreat quality materials. The only issue is that the messenger bag straps are incredibly difficult to attach and remove due to the company using too small a clip. The clip opening is just about exactly the same size as the metal loop that needs to slide through it. It takes all my might to force it through and makes converting the bag from backpack to messenger and vice versa a pain, and potentially an embarrassment. (I could see myself whacking someone or spilling something after a meeting as a result of all the effort it takes.) Another reviewer has included a picture showing the issue.

> 3 dayI brought this bag because I like how it can convert from a carry bag to a backpack. When I bike ride to work I use the backpack feature which makes it much easier for my commute on the bike. I can fit my laptop accessories lunch and everything I need for my workday. My only issue is the shoulder strap wont stay in place. Maybe its the way I adjusting the strap but when I start walking, it wont stay the length that I adjusted it too.

> 3 dayExcellent material, sturdy. This bag holds everything I need for work, plus lunch, wallet, umbrella, and plenty of room for more. I love all the pockets, but its best feature in my opinion is the convertibility. It can be a backpack, side messenger bag, or briefcase. Unisex design that looks professional and casual at the same time.

> 3 dayWife bought this for me cause my old laptop backpack is beat up. Ive had this bag for a week - seems very well made, and fits my 17 laptop perfectly. Plenty of pockets and such as well. Being able to hide the backpack straps is clever as well. Also have gotten many compliments on its appearance. 10/10 would buy again.

> 3 dayI was pleasantly surprised when I received this. The product looked nice and felt nice with no unpleasant odors from being a new product. However, after attending a conference where I used it every day, I am less pleased. The stitching started to come undone in the two over the shoulder strap sections. I had my 17-inch computer in my bag for three of the five days and two small binders in it the other days. The bag was not overstuffed but still didnt hold. As the price was not much it is okay and the backpack straps and handle straps held up, however, I was more interested in using it as an over the shoulder bag. Update: So I have changed my overall rating because the customer service more than makes up for the issue I had with the bag. While I do think the durability is not great for the shoulder strap the handle and backpack straps were fine. Their customer service reached out to me and offered a refund, which was more than I was ever expecting and I shows great faith in their customers and product. It might have been that I got a bad bag, who knows, but I think when you have a business that is willing to reach out an make right a problem that more accounts for so much more.

> 3 dayI use this everyday for work and for travel as well. It does a decent job for business trips and I really like the multiple orientations and ways to hold the bag. You can fit a good amount of materials in the bag. The only issue that I have is that it gets very linty.
