Corsair 5000D Airflow Tempered Glass Mid-Tower ATX PC Case - Black

This case is AMAZING. Its made of solid material, comes apart and back together very easily, has great air flow, and has a ton of space to work in. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to put more fans in their setup. The options for cable management are great too. I have the mesh front panel version so I cant speak for the others, but this one is a solid buy. Plenty of reviews on youtube gushing over it too, so rest assured that youre getting your moneys worth.

This was purchased for my sons gaming PC and it has made a huge difference in the temperature. It has great air flow where his old one was all glass and seemed to hold in heat. This one has it on pretty much all sides but the one glass side and this is mostly metal casing with some areas of plastic where it really should be but the quality is wonderful. It was pretty easy to move everything over from the old casing. This one is designed with a lot of thought and looks great. I would definitely recommend.

This case is really fun to build in, lots of space and everything is modular. However there are some quarks. The manual doesn’t explain how to remove a majority of the parts, so you either have to figure it out yourself or find it out online. The top radiator mount doesn’t have extended mounting holes if you need your fans or liquid cooler to sit closer to the glass, this causes an issue when attempting to use a radiator with a think motherboard. So some less than ideal compromises have to be made, in my instance, only screwing in half of my radiator since the mounting holes just aren’t there. There is a included fan hub, very basic, but will manage a couple fans. Glass is gorgeous, material is very nice as well, and everything pops out easily.

I get it, HDDs are being phased out......but until SSDs have the storage capacity HDDs offer, WE RE STILL USING THEM! WHY MAKE THE TRAY AN AFTERTHOUGHT!!! Here is my awful experience:

Only thing to be conscious of is the size when ordering. Otherwise the case has many great features, plenty of room to work in, room for 4 2.5inch drives, and amazing water cooling potential.

Corsair quality, great case with great airflow, temps stay low with 10 fans. Really easy to build in.

First of all this case is stunning, offers a lot more over the smaller 4000D and is thoughtfully designed which makes cable management very easy.
