After about a year of light usage (I am about 4 months at home for the whole year due to job schedule) one of the sticks has died.It happened all of sudden and my system was buggging badly, only after removal of the stick it came back to normal condition.I overpaid for the memory just to make sure that I would buy trusted and durable product, but it turned out to be as cheap as other cheaper analogues.Would not recommend to anyone, still do not know when will the second die :((

Great product, this pair of 16 GB memory RAM is what I was looking for when I was building my personal gaming PC. I recommend this.

This is good ram which will enable the ancient computers the ability, coupled with a good ATI video card, to play modern games on Medium to Medium high settings. Keepin is simple, because my knowledge base isnt dependent on trying to school others online to make myself feel better. Happy gaming!

It worked

Installed this ram on an AMD Phenom II 965 system with MSI A970-G46 board, Hyper 212Plus HSF. The Hyper212 of course is a huge cooler and takes up a lot of space over the ram slots. So low profile memory is absolutely required. Most of these prongy-prickly garden rake ram sticks wont fit.

Easy install. Sticks ran at a lower speed initially. Had to use an app to manually change it, BIOS wouldnt accept the speed increase.

I used this RAM with a new Haswell build. From what I understand, Haswell/Z87 builds do a much better job of utilizing RAM with higher clock speeds. Unfortunately, Corsairs selection of LP RAM in higher clock speeds is limited and I settled for this model instead. Im sure the difference in performance between the two is in the single digits, so the loss isnt a great one. In any case, this is my second time using Corsair LP RAM(in order to fit under a Noctua NH-D14) and Im as pleased with it this time as I was on the last build.

i use the corsair because the quality is very good, and this 16gb(2x8gb) is what exactly I want. love it
