Especially with RMx series. SuperFlower and EVGA are also in the same league, so this is the matter of availability and price. I found this one to be the most affordable without compromise in quality. Excellent piece of hardware.

Good Power supply

Performs fantastically, cant hear it at all. Using it to run an i7 5820K OCd to 4.1GHz with 2x EVGA GTX 580s on an ASUS X99 Sabertooth and it gives me no issues whatsoever. And its Corsair so its got a practically never-ending warranty. Been running it for over a year and its not stumbled once. Highly recommended.

Corsair makes excellent PSUs. Definitely cant complain. Its not my first build with Corsair PSUs that outlive their warranty. Cant say that about some other brands.

I think this is the highest Ill go when it comes to Watts. Its beautiful and can fit a lot of cords. Both peripherals and PCI Express. Of course the usual Hard Drives and others too but man, it has lots of input. It runs very quiet but then again, my previous Power Supply was also quiet so Im use to it.

Blew the first night. I was thinking there might be a fuse in it I could replace and took it apart, probably voided the warranty. Heard horror stories about the RMA Process, and I needed a PSU fast. Taking the hit.

Great power supply for the price, lots of room for future upgradability, if youre not on a tight budget I HIGHLY SUGGEST buying an aftermarket pair of cables from somewhere like CableMod as the stock ones are super difficult to bend.

Pushing steady 770 -800 watts running 6 radeon video cards ETH mining, this power supply takes a 24/7 beating but keeps going. I wish the fan would spin faster. I dont really care for silent, I would like the unit to move more air and keep cool.
