01-01-2025Corsair is a well-known and trusted name in computer applications. From Solid State technologies to power applications, their products are widely adopted by an array of end users. I am no different. Through the years of building my own computers (rather than buying pre-built), I have used many Corsair products (mostly their memory). This power supply is no exception from what Ive come to expect from Corsair. Solid, reliable performance at a reasonable price. Power up is VERY quiet, and no hiccups in power disbursement. In a custom tower, this form factor fit VERY nicely, and is surprisingly light weight. It does run a little warm, but nothing that indicates that the performance will be impacted. As far as longevity is concerned, only time will tell. However, from my past experience with Corsair products, I dont foresee having to replace this PSU for a good long while. In fact, I would be willing to bet good money that this PSU will see multiple mainboard replacements before needing to be replaced.

Greater than one weekI picked up this power supply because I was in dire need of a good upgrade. I was a little skeptic at first on whether or not this would meet the demands of my rig, and holy hell it delivered. Everything is working spectacularly and not only that but this power supply is not that loud compared to other ones I have used before. 10/10 would easily recommend to anyone wanting to build a rig or get a upgrade,

> 3 dayThree stars because as much as companies make off of these items they could have easily thrown in an extra PSU to PCIe cord. ESP since these days most good graphics cards have two 8 pin connections or instead of sending the 6+2 sent an actual 8 pin and and actual 6 pin cable to help make the builds look cleaner. That was when you only need a 6 pin you don’t have the other 2pins just hanging off or be forced to buy cable extensions in order to not have that.

> 3 dayFor the price Braided cables should be included, not an up-sell product to spend another $50 to $100 on, buy EVGA instead for the price and money.

> 3 dayI didnt realize the importance of a good PSU until very recently when I discovered that the crashes I was experiencing daily (blue screen) were the result of power hiccups because the PSU in my PC was notirious for crashes.
