> 3 dayI used this with my W520 Thinkpad. (This is using the Intel i7-2820QM processor.) They plugged in and are running fine. Got plenty of memory now. The Lenovo software correctly identifies the memory as 1600MHz Corsair. I read on a couple places to avoid Corsair, but I didnt have any problem at all. Ive got a total of 24GB now in my Thinkpad with all the SODIMM slots taken.

> 3 dayAbout a year ago I purchased a mid-2012 MacBook Pro with only 4GB of RAM. It was my first MacBook and I was hoping 4GB would be enough. It worked okay for awhile, but started to get fairly slow. I was pretty frustrated, as we all know that Macs are not cheap. I as able to surf the web and do what was needed, but there was a noticeable lag in opening programs. After some internet searching, I decided to upgrade the RAM. This set had good reviews so I took the plunge. It was pretty easy to swap the RAM. After removing the screws and the back case, its as simple and popping out the old RAM, inserting the new, replace cover, and boot up. The new RAM was immediately recognized. The Mac is blazing fast now and I couldnt be happier. My next step is moving to an SSD, but now with the RAM boost, this can wait. For those on the fence, Id go right for 16GB instead of 8. The different in cost wasnt much.

> 3 dayArrived quickly (which was what I needed) and only a couple of quid more expensive than other online retailers (that would have taken 2 weeks to ship). Can’t complain.

> 3 dayBought a used 2012 MacBook Pro with 4 GB RAM. Upgraded to SSD and this 16GB module RAM and the performance is better than new. Easy to install (iFixit has great guides), computer recognizes easily and reliably, and allows multitasking without hiccups. Would recommend to anyone with an older MacBook with non-soldered RAM.
