When I bought this, then the product page didnt say that its notebook memory compatible with 5th & 6th gen i5 & i7 processors. So I bought it for my 2017 iMac with 4.2ghz 7th i7 processor. My iMac randomly turns off. After spending several days diagnosing the problem with Apple support and Apple repairs, we realized that RAM is the issue. When I saw the product page again, I found others also facing the same problem and they have updated the product page now.

These work great in my new laptops my staff is enjoying the speed and using several VMs at a time without any issues

This RAM was very reasonably priced. Put them in my Toshiba laptop to upgrade from 8gb to 16gb. Had problem at first getting it to recognize all 16gb of RAM. Removed it and then put it back in, ensuring both sticks of RAM were in tightly. Then it recognized all 16gm. So make sure both sticks are fully seated when installing them.
