Cotton Utility Travel Bag

This VB utility travel bag has lots of pockets for all your travel needs. Lots of pockets if your going out for a day or a few days. This can pack a lot. I even use it for carrying baby things too. The shoulder strap is a nice length for me and I’m 5.7’. The plane time color is cool and looks a like a different color in the sun to the shade.

I did not think my wife could love Vera Bradley’s bags any more, but this one put her over the top - she loves it! We’ll start with this Vera Bradley Womens Cotton Utility Travel Bag being a good looking bag. It is a great looking green my wife loves and has several matching bags. This is great because she’s gotten into a habit of carrying 2 - 3 bags of different sizes so she can adjust as needed. Oh, and she always wants me to mention - they do attract lint, but they are very easy to wipe off and pull that lint off. It’s not at all an issue, but she feels you’d want to know. But this tote... she pulled it out and fell in love! She says it’ll be the perfect weekender - or something she can take for a go bag or “in case” we decide to stay out. It’s a great size - see pics - and she can get a bunch of stuff in there. For the pictures she grabbed one of our pillows and filled it - fits perfectly! There are great spots for tucking things away. There is plenty of room to bring along those things you’ll need. My wife just keeps going through it, talking about our next getaway - she cannot wait to take this bag and all the other bags to make it a matching trip! If you like the quality of Vera Bradley products, but are not into the flashy patterns or prints, this bag is perfect for you! The quality is absolutely top-notch. I love how roomy it is inside, and the zipper closure is heavy-duty. The pocket on the side that slides down the handle of the rolling luggage bag (trolley sleeve) is a GENIUS addition!! This is so helpful for those who travel a lot. I cannot say enough great things about this bag. Great quality and design. I am very pleased!

Vera Bradley Womens Cotton Utility Travel Bag but perfect for a quick trip or for an add on. My daughter wanted this and it fits her small items. The fabric is soft, the strap is nice and the zipper is sturdy. We are happy with this because it can slide over the suit case as well. It makes for a spacious carry on!

Perfect travel size

I am a huge fan of Vera Bradley, and own several of their bags. Unfortunately, this particular utility travel bag misses the mark for me in a few ways, and is not one of my favorite Vera Bradleys. One issue for me is that this duffel has the same issue as the other recycled cotton bags, in that the fabric seems to pick up every single piece of lint or hair around. I dont have a pet, but this bag makes it look like I do (I can only imagine if I did what this would look like, yikes). Not exactly the look Im going for when I travel, not to mention I dont want to walk around carrying other peoples dirt from the floor of a plane or bus. My other issue is the size of the bag... it holds a LOT, which is awesome, but it is not what I would call versatile. It is best for road trips, or maybe as a gym bag, but probably not for airplane travel. I opted for a different bag on a recent flight, as this one is too large for a personal item on a flight (wont fit under the seat), but too big for me to comfortably carry through the airport without placing it on a rolling suitcase (to be fair, I do stuff my carry-on with a lot of weight). It is also larger than the diaper bags I used to carry when my kids were younger, so I dont see it as being good for that or a work tote, either (see my pics; for size reference, I am 5 foot 6, and weigh 165 pounds).

Vera Bradley products are always high quality, and this plaza tile collection is made with recycled cotton fibers, which I appreciate! The cotton Is soft to the touch and decently thick. The pattern in person is lighter than the photos, it has a medium grey background that has a slight greenish hue to it. There are very deep navy blue flowers with little yellow, pink, and light blue pops of color. The inside design is an off white background with different colored petals and dark navy ivy.The zippers on these are well made and don’t catch or break, so you should be able to use these for years and years! Plus, they all can easily be thrown in the washer if it gets dirty which I love!

I got the Vera Bradley Utility Travel Bag, size measures 15 inches high, 19 inches wide and 9 inches deep. I ordered this specially for an upcoming travel event I have planned. I needed something that I can use for a 3 day weekend. I generally pack light, when I am traveling with my family, because my kids normally have extra items they tend to store in my bag. With that being said, this bag can hold it all. The best being the zippered electronic pocket and the outside flap clip cover pocket, for easy access to things you may need right away. I love Vera Bradley, and this is the first Utility Travel Bag I have owned from the brand. I absolutely can say, the quality of this bag far outreaches any of my other normal bags, that tend to pull apart at the zippers and seams. The climbing ivy green color is gorgeous, with the 8 inch strap being the perfect length to hold. The extra longer strap and then the ability to pull over your carry on or roller suitcase is excellent! It allows me to stay organized, and stylish, love it!

Packed enough for an entire week in this beautifully well made bag . So much room to put everything.
