Plastic bag around the DIMM had been torn open & rigid plastic packaging had sign of being opened. I didnt have time to return & try for one which was completely new. A memory test is showing no errors, so hoping that & Crucials warranty will be all I need for the life of my laptop.

it does not fit my computer

I replaced 8gb ram with this 16gb in my laptop so that I can allocate more ram to VMs. It works great. They send it in a tiny transparent plastic case so look for it in the box/envelop if you order more items with it.

Its value for money, but it couldnt perform smoothly on a lot of big games.

Upgraded an Asus from 16 to 32gb by adding this gem. Amazing difference. This memory is a great performer.

I purchased these for my Asus ROG ZEPHYRUS M GM501GS-XS74.

Put this into my Dell Precision laptop and it was immediately recognized and accepted. Appearance-wise, it looks identical to the OEM RAM.
