This was pretty easy to install for a non-IT person. Had to open up laptop but watched a video on YouTube to see how it was done. Be sure to use Crucial’s compatibility tool to determine the correct RAM board for your machine. Also lookup your machine on mfr site to determine max RAM your machine can handle. I went from 8G to 12G and laptop running much better with multiple apps open at the same time and not freezing anymore.
