The drive is well-made and attractive (for those who care about aesthetics in their system). For my media editing system, I added this as a super-fast scratch/cache disk because you want scratch/cache to be on the fastest storage (and, ideally, by itself on a drive). Its also a bonus that Crucial is a US company with a long history in the memory / solid state storage business. They also make the speedy Ballistix memory.
