After first time installation the SSD was not recognised by the OS (Windows 10). Second time it happened. Apparently this is a known issue (according to internet search). Why one needs to instal the SSD twice is anyones guess. Somewhat inconvenient, particularly when one needs to uninstall the GPU twice just to get the SSD in and out again (motherboard specific, I suspect). Works fine and fast now.

Bought this for my daughters PS5. I was first looking at the P3+, which also works great in the PS5. But, for a few bucks more, this P5+ what what I got. Works as expected. Zero issues. Paired with a be quiet! heatsink.

I have bought several of these drives, the latest on sale at 131.99 and really, this is an absolutely incredible deal. You can do your own research, but this Crucial P5 Plus 2TB PCIe Gen4 is very highly rated, and then you look at the price...I have bought two that I really dont need. I bought a Sabrent enclosure and use them as externals, and copying from this as an internal drive to this as an external drive through usb c has my head shaking as to the speed as I have been copying to hhd externals....so from literally hours to minutes now. Wish I had more than one m.2 drive slot internally, and more than one usb c on my computer. I cannot recommend this drive enough as to its value along with the sale prices Amazon has offered.
