Ive been buying sleepy time tea for many years. And for me, its very relaxing. Not sure what the taste is. But I enjoy it.

I have tried so many over long stretto’s time. This doesn’t taste like I’m drinking grass!! It’s gentle. Relaxing. Takes my stress down a notch during the day as well. Been doing Celestial Sleepytime for years.
