My daughter LOVES the design, however, the zipper to the main compartment broke the 2nd week of school. I bought it about a month before school started so it was outside of its return window. She was very disappointed and now Im out $30

I purchased this backpack for my daughter for school in July (2021). This morning she put it on her back and the strap broke (stitching). I looked at the other strap and it was barely hanging on. It is a nice looking backpack but very cheaply make.

Very nice backpack. The design is really cute and the backpack is pretty durable and sturdy. My daughter loves it.
